Thanks for visiting my lil' blog, a camarade of mine had told me about their own website and encouraged me to make one, so I spent a comically absurd amount of hours making this. I'm painstakingly learning HTML, and still don't entirely understand anything lol. I'm not a big fan of social media to put it lightly, and I felt this was a good creative outlet and less performative. Here you will find a couple lil' things pertaining to my hobbies, my possibly too-honest writing, and some resources I felt like sharing.

So, who the fuck am I? Thank you for asking, but I am not giving away too many details, gotta keep some privacy in this life. Unless you're one of my IRL's, in which case, heyyyy bébé. Anyways, I have a whole lotta' love for nature, gardening, reading, thriller movies and dramas, cooking, music, bird-watching, general wellness, basic carpentry, machines, how cars work, politics, fishing, and writing, and you'll probably see that on display here to some degree or another depending on how willing I am to subject myself to the nightmare of web formatting. I'm seeking to learn new nonsense everyday, and I would say I've done a half-decent job at that thus far. I'm anywhere between the age of twenty and neolithic, my politics are too real to be held fondly by your local politician, and I'm a Cajun Creole on the 2% chance you know what that means outside of the seasoning. I do my darndest to be somewhat productive and not dissapoint whatever judges us after all of this. I eat, I breathe, and I sleep just like you buddy, allegedly.

Oh yeah, the (possibly temporary) name of this site is Bec à Lancette which is just the Louisiana French word for an anhinga. For those unaffiliated with the bird, it looks like a mixture between a snake and a crow. I see them all the time basking in the sun and I spent like thirty minutes trying to decide what the fuck I'm meant to name this site, saw one earlier that day, and thought ehhh why not.
